All buildings are modern, fully wool insulated and cozy while retaining the architectural integrity of a real Old West Town. The buildings are all double glazed except for the Livery and Blacksmith. Hang up your hat at Miss Nancy Ann's Hotel for Single Girls, the Lucky Strike Saloon or one of the other buildings that make up Waterfall Mountain, high up in the hills of New Zealand's " Wyoming". Our superb music system operates in all public areas & on the boardwalks which are provided with chairs for the old timers to wile away their time enjoying those long lazy afternoons, warmed by the setting sun.

Western style Victorian rooms
Each of our premium rooms are named and themed after an historic figure of the Old West and are western style Victorian luxury with classic brass beds and superbly comfortable bedding. All of our premium rooms have en suite bathrooms and have classic brass beds, 100% Goose down quilts and Heating & period ceiling fans. Rooms do not have television, but you won't have time to watch it anyway.

Whether lodging in our premium rooms or our Old Mine Building and Blacksmith accommodation all rooms and building interiors, are NON SMOKING. The only smoke we want to see inside is 'gun smoke'. You are free to smoke on the boardwalks, balconies or outside, but please use the sand boxes provided.

What your guest rate includes
Full accommodation and servicing of rooms. Two hearty meals a day and a snack lunch or snack picnic pack. A range of included activities, Western evening movies, Snooker & Pool and the chance to experience an Old West environment unique in New Zealand. Canned and bottles beverages not included.

Deposits and Cancellations
In order to confirm any general room reservation we require a 25% deposit of the total stay and current credit card details (with expiry date) as a guarantee. The balance of the account is settled on departure. Group and Rent the Ranch reservations require a 50% deposit of the total stay and credit card details. The final payment of the balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival of the group. Any extra costs are settled on departure.

Deposits on room reservations are non refundable inside 30 days. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the applicable stay. Deposits on Group and RTR reservations are non refundable inside 90 days. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the applicable stay.
