If you wish to book at Mellonsfolly Ranch please complete all relevant fields on the Availability Form and submit it to us. we will respond with confirmation, deposit information and payment options.
Confirmation & Deposit
When you have your booking dates confirmed from us, confirm your reservation and include your credit card details for debit of deposit. We require you to pay your deposit to guarantee your reservation and send us optional Guest Information.
Guest Information Sheet
In conjunction with sending your deposit, we ask you to complete and send a Guest information sheet, essential if you wish to book "Extra Charge" Activities, as some of the equipment has limited availability and we will secure a booking in association with your room booking.
As part of undertaking the wide range of Ranch activities as part of our inclusive accommodation rate, and ’Extra Charge’ activities, you will be required to sign a waiver. The Mellonsfolly Ranch Guest Waiver must be signed by all participants including children, who undertake any Extra charge adventure activities.
