This is the first building you see when come into town. This is the town service area. It is built in the style of an old Wyoming Barn

The Corral

The Corral provides holding facilities for our Ranch photo horse, any horses that wander into Town and for special animal holding arrangements. It is adjacent to the Livery Stable.

The Livery Stable

Croton's Livery Stable provides a home for our Ranger patrol vehicles and a dry drive in area and a Coach House for the Town’s Chuck Wagon. These patrol workhorses are kept here for staff use and for guest excursions ‘out back’. The Livery Stable loft provides general gear storage. Wet weather excursion and tramping coats and hats are available in this building. The smell of leather in the Tack Room welcomes visitors.
The Blacksmith

The "2 Smiths" Blacksmith shop is the town workshop and houses the town defences in the rear is Pawnee Bill Room and the Pony Express Room, consisting of a King Single size twin room and a King Single size double bunk room in a rustic theme.

The Hotel

'Miss Nancy Ann's Hotel for Single Girls' is the town’s Hotel. Premium rooms for city folk and visitors from Out East. Check out our Accommodation for your options in some of the town's other buildings. Within the Hotel is a quiet Victorian Ladies Parlor where the gentle folk can relax, enjoy a cozy fire with soft music and do some quiet reading. Early morning tea and coffee are available in the Lobby pantry. A Payphone is installed for guests use, should they need to contact the folks back East.
The Bath House

Texas Rose's Bath House is available by guest reservation for 1 hour periods. The Bath House features two 'Slipper' claw foot full size baths for couples, orientated for conversation and a drink or two. Fresh towels are provided in the Bath House & music can be selected from a dedicated 5 disc player. A pot belly stove and the period décor make this a memorable experience reminiscent of the movie 'Shanghai Noon'.

"Cold Beer, Good Whiskey, Tolerable Water"
The Lucky Strike Saloon was named, after the Mellon Gold Mining Company struck gold nearby, and is the hang out of the Good Ol' Boys. The Saloon features Meals & Bar facilities. “The saloon is the centre for all town activities and gatherings with a honky tonk pianola that anyone can play, plus Texas Hold’em Poker and Blackjack any old time. Then the Sheriff can always be talked into some banjo-pickin’ and guitar strummin’sing-alongs inside, on the boardwalk or around the big campfire opposite. Upstairs you will find the Proprietor's Suite and the Wyatt Earp Room. Saloon is open 8am - Midnight, Bar is tended whenever you need it to be. Just whistle up the Sheriff. We all dress up for dinner on the Saturday Night and we sure have some purty costumes”

The "E. T. Bedogni & Sons" General Store building has an old General Store interior and is where we find the souvenir range of Merchandise we have from time to time for guests to purchase. The range includes Ladies boots, western hats, buckles, belts and clothing. The Telegraph Office is located in this building.

The Telegraph Office is the terminal point of copper wires brought in overland to provide telephone communication 'Back East'. We have an internet connection, utilizing our Satellite link, adjacent to the clerks desk for Laptop download of emails, but you will be shot if caught in the act.

The 'Valley Bugle' is the town's newspaper office which provides old west articles for the interest of guests in "Chronicles of the Old West" Newspapers. The Newspaper Office houses the 'Doc Holliday Room' a very comfortable Victorian bedroom decorated with some Doc Holliday memorabilia.

The Bank
The 'National Bank of Wyoming' consists of a bank lobby authentic in detail, with an adjacent 'Bank Managers' office, which in reality is the ' Jesse James Room', a beautiful Victorian bedroom with a classic brass bed. The side entrance office door advertises Mat Mellon, the local bush lawyer.

The Assay Office

In the same building as The Bank is the Assay Office which consists of an Assay Lobby containing 'gold' scales & chemist's assay items with an adjacent Assay Manager's Office, which in reality is the 'Wild Bill Hickok Room', decorated with 'Wild Bill' memorabilia. The room features a classic brass bed and ceiling fan and is decorated in Victorian style.

The US Marshal's Office 
The 'US Marshal's Office' is the hangout of The Law - the Marshal and his deputies. This is where The Marshal keeps his guns, loads his guns and deputises guests, for a little Co2 gun slinging or rifle target shooting. The Jail cell contains the Marshal's Armoury and guests who book for gun slinging are outfitted here with some gun leather or a Co2 Carbine.

The Courthouse 
The Waterfall Mountain Courthouse contains all of the Town’s technology cleverly disguised to give the appearance of an Old West Courthouse. Contained within the building are computer input facilities for Power Point presentations, music systems, DVD & Video play facilities and a digital Sky feed all to a hidden big screen. The Courthouse has a dual role, a mini conference centre and a movie theatre for evening screenings of classic western movies. To find out more about holding an executive retreat, private party or mini conference, mosey on over to Groups. The Courthouse is open 9am - 11pm.

Clinton's Billiard Saloon typifies an authentic Old West building featuring an antique full size Billiard Table for Snooker or Billiards, a pot belly stove and a raised area for relaxing, or playing Darts and watching the action, completes the interior. Play in the warmth of a cosy Old West Billiard Saloon, with that old pot belly keeping you warm on a winter's night. Billiard Saloon is open 9am - 11pm.

The Old Mine Building 
The 'Mellon Gold Mining' Old Mine Building' provides a rustic semi self contained family facility. This building can be booked for exclusive occupancy for groups or families refer rates and consists of a furnished common room, kitchenette, toilet, shared bathroom facilities, 2 double King Single size bunk rooms and a Queen room – The Annie Oakley Room. This building is decorated with "Plains Indian" art and objects.

Laughed at for the utter folly of prospecting for gold in the Ruatiti Valley, Mellon’s Folly was where Charles Mellon’s Mellon Gold Mining Company struck it rich in their 'Waterfall Mountain' gold mine and so a town was born – Waterfall Mountain - and the 'Lucky Strike Saloon' was built. The Gold Mine is abandoned as unsafe. It is permanently closed and entry is not permitted.
